Got my order sooner than I thought, and I was a bit taken aback to see the labels in Chinese. I assumed it was made in the UK. For £300, I was hoping for higher quality materials, you know?

I used to shop at this company when they had a store in our local retail park, and so did a couple of my family members. The service and aftercare were always top-notch, just like the quality of their products. When they closed the physical store, we were pretty bummed out, but we were thrilled to discover they were still operating online. We recently received a full bedroom suite, and the quality is just as outstanding as ever. The customer service from the time we ordered to delivery, plus my follow-up, was just as impressive as it used to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I've purchased multiple quality pieces from this brand throughout the years and never faced any issues. My latest order had a defect in one of the items, and Lewis really stepped up to swap it out, even going so far as to put it together for me to make sure it was perfect. I'm really happy with all the stuff I've gotten from you, but the table top I received is a tad warped, which is a bit of a letdown. Other than that, everything else has been fantastic!
